By accessing or using BudolHub ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. BudolHub is a community deal-sharing platform for Filipino bargain hunters. These terms govern your use of the site, including submitting deals, voting, commenting, and earning BudolPoints.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate deal scores or BudolPoints. BudolHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in spam, post fraudulent deals, or otherwise harm the community.

By submitting a deal, voucher, or freebie, you confirm that: - The deal information is accurate and genuine to the best of your knowledge - You are not submitting a deal for personal financial gain beyond standard community BudolPoints - You are not affiliated with the merchant in a way that would make the post a paid advertisement without disclosure - The deal does not involve counterfeit goods, scams, MLM schemes, or illegal activities All submissions are reviewed by moderators before going live. BudolHub reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at its discretion.

BudolHub participates in affiliate marketing programs with Shopee Philippines and Lazada Philippines. Links to these platforms may include affiliate tracking parameters. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, BudolHub may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Deals marked with an "aff" badge contain affiliate tracking. This income helps us maintain the site at no cost to users. We never accept payment to feature or promote deals that aren't genuine.

BudolPoints are a virtual points system with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the BudolHub platform. BudolHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the BudolPoints program at any time. Points earned under previous rules may be grandfathered at our discretion. Points may be revoked if earned through fraudulent submissions, voting manipulation, or other violations of these terms.

You agree not to post content that is: - Defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing - Sexually explicit or inappropriate - Deliberately misleading or fraudulent - Spam, repetitive, or commercially motivated without disclosure - In violation of any third-party intellectual property rights BudolHub moderators may remove any content and ban users who violate these standards.

BudolHub provides deal information on an "as is" basis. We do not verify every deal before it is submitted, and we make no warranty that: - Any deal, price, or promotion is currently active or accurate - Links to external sites are safe or free from malware - Any merchant will honour the posted price Always verify deals directly on the merchant's website before making a purchase. BudolHub is not responsible for any transactions made through links on this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, BudolHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: - Your use of or inability to use the Site - Any deals, prices, or promotions posted on the Site - Transactions made with merchants linked from the Site - Loss of BudolPoints or account access

Your use of BudolHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. We collect only the information necessary to operate the service: your email address, username, and activity on the platform (deals submitted, votes cast, comments posted). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

BudolHub may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Last updated: April 2026
