Nakaka-frustrate: Binili ko sa Shopee, hindi dumating — What to do?

Guys, need advice. Nag-order ako ng JBL headphones worth ₱2,499 sa Shopee last week. Status is "Delivered" na pero wala akong natanggap. Ano dapat gawin?
Update: Naayos na! Here's what worked:
1. First, checked with family members — baka natanggap ng iba (lol)
2. Checked with neighbors — wala rin
3. Filed a dispute on Shopee app → Me → My Purchases → Order → Return/Refund
4. Uploaded proof: screenshot of tracking showing "delivered" and photo of my gate (to show I was home)
5. Shopee responded within 24 hours
6. Got full refund in 3 business days back to ShopeePay
Tips kung may same issue kayo:
Always activate "Shopee Buyer Protection" before checkout
Take a video when opening packages — for damaged item disputes
File disputes WITHIN 3 days of "delivered" status
Be specific in your complaint — attach all screenshots
If Shopee doesn't resolve, escalate to DTI consumer complaints
Shopee buyer protection talaga works. Huwag kayong mag-atubiling mag-file ng dispute kung may issue — that's what it's there for!
